Spices are an integral part of the Indian diet year after year. The spices of each region are different according to the climate there and they are used in different ways in each region. We study the methods of most of these regions and prepare spices according to that method and accordingly.
At Adit Masale, the raw spices required to prepare the masala are sourced from authentic and quality producers.
While preparing the spices, no additives, colors, or other ingredients are used for flavoring. Each spice is prepared in a pure and traditional homemade manner.
